Sony released its new computerized clock, which the company said will sell for 200 dollars in the United States and will work with a variety of phones with the Android system.

Sony-Smartwatch-1

The SmartWatch 2 Sony has not received the same attention from the Galaxy Gear, Samsung, but is cheaper and compatible with one wider range of phones. The Gear is sold for $300 and currently only works with Galaxy Note 3.

Unlike the Gear, however, Sony clock cannot make phone calls directly. One can respond to phone calls, but need a Bluetooth headset if you don’t want to have to approach it to the ear.

Sony said Tuesday that the clock goes on sale immediately through the company stores nationwide and on the internet. Other shops on the internet will also sell it.

To measure in which more people have multi-purpose phones and tablets, the companies in the sector are creating a new category of products to give consumers more ways to be connected… and spend money. Qualcomm Inc. plans to also launch a watch computerized for the holiday season, while it is thought that Apple is working on an iWatch.

Sony said that its clock is designed to perform common tasks such as reading text messages and email, link Facebook messages and receive reminders.

“The average user of multi-purpose phones goes to your appliance more than 100 times a day to check messages, read e-mail and notifications from social sites and, of course, to know the time,” said Ravi Nookala, President of Sony Mobile Communications in United States, in a statement. “The SmartWatch 2 facilitates these tasks, and does much more with the available applications, from productivity to games and exercises”.

SmartWatch 2 – is designed to complement a phone – especially those with Android 4.0 or later. The screen measures 1.6 inches (4 centimeters), the same as the one of the Gear.

Sony also announced at launch in the United States of two phones: Xperia Z Ultra screen 6.4 inches, which will be sold for $650, while the 4 G LTE version will be sold by 680. In addition, the Xperia Z1 is a phone with a 20.7 megapixels and interchangeable lens camera. It will sell for 670 dollars.

We Tested 5 Nexus: Power Good Price And A Couple Of Weaknesses

New-Nexus-5
The Nexus range (Xetra: 522090 – News) returns to break into ‘smartphones’ offer on the market with its irresistible proposal: features high-end – with few exceptions such as battery-at a mid-range price. For 350 or 400 euros, depending on the storage capacity, we have a terminal at the forefront in terms of power and ‘software’ to convince anyone.
Nexus 5 was released by Google (NasdaqGS: GOOG – News) from October 31 through Google Play and the first buyers are already receiving it. Those who were not fast will have to wait some weeks in new orders and it remains to be seen if the units last or drought reigns in the shop of the search engine company, as it was the case with the Nexus 4.
Will surely not be easy to do with the new terminal of Google manufactured by LG (KSE: 003550.KS – News). The key to such rapid sales is priced at mid-range with a few high-end features that make it a powerful terminal and offering a great user experience.
In terms of design, this generation resembles the earlier, but the back of glass has changed to plastic with rubber finish. It weighs 130 grams and measures 137,8 x 8.59 x 69,17 mm. Their volume and power buttons are ceramic and are very well integrated into the housing. The feeling is very good, it is compact, solid, well-finished, and light.
DISPLAY AND OPERATING SYSTEM
Device manufactured by LG and Google has a screen Crystal Gorilla Glass 3 of Corning (NYSE: GLW – News) of 4.95 inches with Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels, with a density of 445 points per inch). It offers great image quality and there is little space for the edges on the front of the terminal.
Assemble a Snapdragon 800 2.3 GHz processor, 2 GB RAM, 16 or 32 GB of storage and Android operating system 4.4 KitKat. The experience is 100% Google, so all applications and services are those of the search engine and there are no shortcuts and extra features that other manufacturers incorporated. The changes of the new version of Android include the increasing importance of Google Now, full and useful Assistant of the company that is now on your desktop.
In a nutshell we can say that it is a very affordable and complete Android experience. It is completely smooth and stable; the best at the level of ‘software’ in the Android ecosystem. Of course, apart from the operating system performs powerful applications such as video games with speed and fluidity.
In terms of some of its features of connectivity/mobility, it has Bluetooth 4.0, 4 G/LTE and Wifi dual band, which is prepared for the new high speed connections.
As for the sound, although it has two racks for output, actually it’s a mono speaker, so in this sense, it is far behind other terminals as HTC One, which has a powerful stereo speakers in the front, which allows you to listen to music or watch videos at home without having to go looking for helmets or a speaker.
CAMERA AND BATTERY
One of the drawbacks of the Nexus 5 was also the Achilles heel of its predecessor: the rear camera, which is 8 MP with optical image stabilization (has 1.3 on the front). Although it is somewhat below the terminals such as the LG G2 or the Xperia Z1, it has recudido the distance and now the quality is very close. Attention that has earned at the time of capture light and now also incorporates an enhanced mode HDR + that provides very good results fairly quickly. It also has other features such as panning or Photo Sphere.
One of the negative points of the terminal is 2300 mAh battery. While very good energy management is done, would have come you well greater capacity, since it hardly gives for all day use and as many, as the own LG with its G2 have batteries and have increased up to 3000 mAh, providing several hours of use. In any case, with normal use, duration ranges from 12 to 15 hours approximately, which makes it acceptable.
CONCLUSION
Beyond small drawbacks, if there is something that you can criticize the 5 Nexus is that there are no more units for sale. By design, quality and power, it is a recommended terminal for anyone wanting to spend 400 euros in a terminal, since that offers more or less the same as many high-end competition by 200 euros less, approximately. It is available in black and white with the front in black in both cases. Its price is 349 dollars for the version of 16 GB and 399 for the 32 GB version.

Differences Between The Air iPad and The iPad Mini Retina, The New Apple Tablet

ipad

Comparing their widths, iPad Mini remains easier portability than the Air iPad. Given its lightness the Air iPad is ideal to read electronic books or watch movies without compromising the doll. Discover more differences between the new Tablet from Apple.

The new Tablet from Apple, iPad Air and Mini iPad with Retina display present interesting new features with respect to its predecessors, as processor A7, high connectivity MIMO technology, or a high definition screen. However, the small variation of price among them, 90 euros in the most basic models, makes the purchase of one decision or another not limiting to be opt between a small tablet and other large, since practical considerations must be taken into account. From Consumer exposed the main technical aspects of the Air iPad and the iPad Mini Retina, so that each user can optimize your choice. Dimensions: on the iPad Air, as its name suggests, the new star is its thinness compared to the previous iPad model: its thickness is 20% smaller, making it thinner large tablet on the market with 7.5 mm thick. Its surface is 24 cm high and 16.9 inches wide; in width, has lost an inch compared to the previous model without changing your screen surface, because the framework is 43% thinner. The mini iPad with Retina display has a thickness of 7.5 millimeters (equal to the Air iPad), its height is 20 cm and the width of 13.47 inches, as in the previous model. If their widths are compared, the iPad Mini is still easier portability than the Air iPad, and that both have a format of 4:3 screen not so appropriate for the human hand as the Google Nexus range 16:9. Weight: another great trick of the Air iPad is having become the large Tablet lighter market, thanks to a reduction in its size and the materials used in its manufacture: 454 grams in the basic model with 16 gigabytes of memory and wifi connectivity. With its size, this weight makes it ideal to carry in any purse or Briefcase without that barely noticeable presence; also its lightness, is, given it to read electronic books or see movies and series, the wrist or the arm too resent. Both the Air iPad and the iPad with Retina Mini presented news in conectividadEl Mini iPad with Retina display wins in high resolution of the images and texts showing, but pays it with a weight gain, climbing to 331 grams in the basic model. If you choose a model with connectivity to mobile data LTE networks, its weight is 341 grams. The relationship of this weight with respect to the surface of the screen, 7.9 inches, makes it not recommended for the tasks referred to in the previous paragraph, unless you wish to use almost always away from home or office, whereupon the weight plays in its favour. Screen: the screen of the iPad Air does not vary with respect to previous models and remains at 9.7 inches. Its resolution was already on the iPad from the latest generation of 2,048 x 1,536 pixels: HD and screen Retina. It preserves these standards, allowing you to have a good experience of reading and viewing of videos. In the case of the iPad Mini Retina display technology and its high resolution, equal to the Air iPad, it is a significant gain, because it supposed to give a good reading experience a very portable tablet and not while viewing in the usual places. This becomes the best alternative to a classic eBook reader to this Ipad and allows you to compete in the market of the phablets, although not stop making voice calls. Connectivity: both the Air iPad and the iPad with Retina Mini present developments in this field. Both tablets offer a dual hub wifi for frequencies in the 2.4 and 5 gigahertz, in addition to MIMO technology, which Apple, accelerating the uptake of wireless networks. These features enable them to connect to the network with greater speed and efficiency. With respect to mobile data networks, both models have versions with connectivity to LTE, on the other hand, increase them significantly. However, the more affordable version of iPad Air with LTE has a price of 629 euros, while version LTE iPad with Retina Mini is located at 509 euros, which makes it to be an interesting option as exteriors of high-end tablet. Processor and autonomy: here both tablets are on equal terms with the new A7 (the same one that has the iPhone 5S) processor with a 64-bit architecture, far superior to the previous ones, with 32-bit architecture. It is not clear what can serve so much power of processing in a Tablet, since 64-bit processors have been until now for video games and industrial graphics tasks, but looking to the innovations of the future, it is always better to have the maximum power that can pay for the Pocket. In addition, to compensate for this waste of processing power, both models incorporate coprocessor M7, responsible for managing the applications as is e.g.
